Ingredients
  • 1 can chick peas (Garbanzo beans)
  • 1/2 cup sweetened coconut sweetened
  • lemon juice
  • 2-3 clove garlic roasted
  • 1/2 green onion
  • 1-2 tbsp African Bush Pan-African Blend or create an equal mix of cumin, turmeric, chili powder, ginger, with a pinch of cloves, cinnamon, allspice and cayenne pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt

Instructions
  1. In a pot, boil the chick peas and coconut for about fifteen to twenty minutes, drain thoroughly and let cool.
  2. Place in a food processor and add the lemon juice, garlic, green onion and African Bush Pan-African Blend or substitute spices. Set blender on to the lowest speed. Drizzle sesame oil first followed by olive oil in as it blends for about 3-5 minutes until smooth. Salt to taste.
