Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large (at least-12 inch) cast iron skillet or other large oven safe deep frying pan, sauté onions in 2 tbsp olive oil on medium high for about two minutes with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper.
  3. Add the chicken and sauté for an additional 3 minutes until browned.
  4. Add the flour and stir to coat onion and chicken.
  5. Add the milk, hot pepper sauce, vinegar (milk will break up when you add vinegar, this is ok, it will smooth out in the end), salt, dill, parsley and ground black pepper and stir together carefully so that the flour and everything is incorporated.
  6. Bring the mixture to a slow boil so that starts to thicken.
  7. Add the broccoli and cauliflower and stir to incorporate. Top with parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and garlic powder and place in oven for 25 minutes.
  8. Broil until a little golden brown (about 3 minutes).
  9. Let sit for 5- 10 minutes and then serve in a tortilla with romaine lettuce and drizzle of hot sauce.
