Instructions
  1. Combine Miso Ho-Nee Asian Blend or spice blend you created, Hoisin sauce, Dijon, Mustard, sesame oil, rice wine, soy sauce, vinegar, and honey or sweet and sour sauce and mix thoroughly. Marinate the chicken in the marinade for at least 2 hours, but overnight is best.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  3. In a large, deep oven safe skillet (5 qt. or big enough to hold 2 lbs of chicken), sauté the garlic in olive oil over medium high heat for about 1 minute. Place the chicken or wings in the pan and let brown for about 2 minutes, and then flip and let brown for an additional 2 minutes. Add the marinade to pan and let come to a simmer. Place in the oven for about 40 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. If using breasts, take out of oven and serve. If making, thighs, legs or wings, broil chicken for about 3-5 minutes to get a nice crispy finish.
  4. Serve the chicken over Asian vegetables sauteed with some of the sauce from pan or Crispy Lo Mein Noodles by soaking Lo Mein or Ramen Noodles in water for 10 minutes, draining and then placing in with the cooked drippings from the chicken and then broiling for 3-5 minutes with chicken.
