2-3clovesgarliccan substitute 2 tsp of garlic powder or minced garlic
1tspSpank It Kopita Grecian Blend or equal mix of oregano, dill and a pinch of coriander
1tbsp sesame oil
In a pot, boil the chick peas for about fifteen to twenty minutes and let cool.
Meanwhile, in a blender, add the lemon juice, roasted red peppers, olives, sundried tomatoes, capers, dill, tahini and garlic and blend until smooth. Add the cooled chick peas, and turn blender on to the lowest speed. Drizzle olive oil in as it blends until done and then stop the processor. Start again and drizzle the sesame oil and continue to blend for another 3 minutes until creamy, smooth and light. Salt to taste.
