Servings:
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine Miso Ho-Nee Asian Blend or spice blend you created, soy sauce, orange zest, orange juice, sesame oil, rice wine, wasabi mustard, ginger, and vinegar and mix thoroughly. Marinate the wings in the marinade for at least 2 hours, but overnight is best.
  3. In a large, deep oven safe skillet (5 qt. or big enough to hold 2 lbs of chicken wings), sauté the garlic in olive oil over medium high heat for about 1 minute. Place the chicken wings in the pan and let brown for about 2 minutes, and then flip and let brown for an additional 2 minutes. Add the marinade to pan and let come to a simmer. Place in the oven for about 40 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Broil chicken for about 3-5 minutes to get a nice crispy finish.
  4. Meanwhile, soak the Lo Mein or Ramen Noodles in water for 10 minutes, drain them and place in the same pan as chicken about 15 minutes before chicken is done.
  5. After 40-45 minutes, stir, so that noodles soak up some of the drippings, and then broil chicken and noodles for about 3-5 minutes to get a nice crispy finish.
